At iniBuilds Store, we strive for complete customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your physical merchandise or software license, you may initiate a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log into your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and submit a formal request.

  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure all physical items are in their original packaging with tags attached, and include your printed return authorization form inside the box.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location to be sent back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
