FSimStudios Nuuk (BGGH) for MSFS

Nuuk is among the most recently inaugurated international airports - a brand-new terminal and new 2200m runway was just inaugurated in Late November, 2024. Nuuk serves now as base of the A330NEO and Dash 8 Fleet of Air Greenland, and has scheduled connections with Canada, Iceland and Denmark. Direct flights from Newark, as well as more routes to Europe, are set to open as soon as Summer 2025.

A few weeks ago, part of the FSimStudios team embarked on a research expedition across a number of airports. This expedition would result in the team getting stuck in Nuuk for several days due to inclement weather. As a result of this experience, and with the incredible cooperation from Air Greenland, we are happy to present to you what we have been quietly working on for the past weeks: A fully up-to-date, ultra-detailed rendition of Nuuk Airport, as of February 2025, based on extensive in-person survey.
