The airfield is located in l`Alt EmpordĂ , very close to Figueres, birthplace of Salvador DalĂ­. Within 30 minutes flight you can get to Girona (LEGE), Perpignan (LFMP), Ampuriabrava (LEAP) or flying into the Pyrinees to La Cerdanya (LECD). Ordis is a challenging airfield with a strong upslope on runway 34 and a perpendicular short runway of just 310 meters 07/25. When Tramontana wind hits the airfield you will definitely sweat during landing.
