Barelli MSFS Addons Venice Marco Polo (LIPZ) for MSFS-2020
Venice-Marco Polo Airport (IATA: VCE, ICAO: LIPZ), also known as Venice-TessĂšra Airport), is an Italian airport, located 13 km from the center of Venice. It is named after the famous Venetian merchant and traveller Marco Polo.
It is one of the most important airports in Italy by number of passengers. In northern Italy it is preceded only by the airports of Milan Malpensa and Bergamo Orio al Serio.
The concessionaire is SAVE S.p.a, a partially-owned local public company listed on the Milan Stock Exchange.
On 1 July 2019, in three months and with an expenditure of 80 million euros, the total renovation of runway 4R/22L, the main runway of the airport, was completed. During the duration of the works, the operation of the airport was never interrupted or reduced because the secondary runway 4L/22R was used.
